Antioxidant-Rich Salad

Are you broke when it comes to your greens? (We're talking leafy greens!) Whether your diet is lacking or flourishing, everyone could use a boost of antioxidants! For those who haven’t heard, antioxidants are like a well-balanced stock portfolio, but for your future health and beauty. So, invest in yourself--starting with this salad.

Servings: 5

Ingredients:

4 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds or fresh raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blue cheese or shredded white cheddar
1/2 cup NOW Organic Walnuts
a drizzle of Ellyndale Extra Virgin Olive Oil
a drizzle of Annie's Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl.
2. Toss salad with desired amount of dressing and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Serve and luxuriate!
