You’ve likely seen a full aisle dedicated to “clean” snack bars in your local market. But a closer look at these bars’ ingredient lists will bust the front-of-package marketing myths. High fructose corn syrup. Soy lecithin. Fractionated palm kernel oil.  “But hey, at least it’s not a candy bar” was no longer a rational excuse…  So in 2021, they made their first snack bar: The Only Bar in Chocolate Brownie, made with ingredients you can find in your kitchen.  And to no surprise, people loved the ingredients… and also the taste.
