Stinging nettle (Urtica dioca)—which you may know as a pesky and painful weed that pops up in your yard in the spring—is also well-known as an all-around healthful tonic that has been traditionally combined with burdock and cleavers for hundreds of years.*

Some of our favorite nettle is hand-picked (ouch!) by wild collectors in Poland, then dried and cut before being bundled up and sent on to us.
