The most iconic of all our breads. This loaf is made with our original Mother Sourdough that lives in our bakery since 1994 and is famous for its natural tangy flavor, porous crumb and caramelized crust. Our traditional baking methods and extended natural fermentation for up to 72 hours to help absorb more nutrients and promote good gut health. We believe that baking great bread takes time and care so that every loaf can be healthy and delicious. Please note that our fermentation is natural as we dont add any aids to speed it up or enhance the flavor. This implies that our loaves might be on a milder side of the sour.
