Lung Expectorant features Elecampane extract prepared from the root of Inula helenium plants. It also includes Lobelia extract made from the fresh herb & seed of Lobelia inflata plants. They grow both plants on our own Certified Organic farms in southern Oregon. Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 3 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
