A fresh, light authentic Mediterranean dressing with bold flavor! Pairs well with any salad including Greek salad and is a wonderful fattoush & tabouli dressing. We love this dressing drizzled on avocado toast with micro greens. It's very versatile and makes a great marinade for chicken and lamb chops. Inspired by Karen's loving Lebanese mother-in-law, Sylvia, who never measured. So she recreated her traditional dressing that she served with every meal.

Ingredients: Avocado oil, Lemon juice*, Concentrated pomegranate juice, Olive oil, Granulated garlic, Sea salt, Ground sumac, Dried mint.

Directions: Shake well before each use, as natural separation will occur. Oil may solidify. If oil solidifies naturally, let stand at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 30 days after opening.
