Codeage Methylfolate B Complex+ offers a potent blend of folate as 5-MTHF, riboflavin vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 in its methylated form, and betaine for a comprehensive vitamin B complex formula. Ingredients Riboflavin (as Riboflavin-5'-Phosphate), Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate), Folate (as Quatrefolic® [65]-5- Methyltetrahydrofolate, Glucosamine Salt), Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin), Betaine (as Trimethylglycine). Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose Capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, L-Leucine. Adults take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage.  May be taken with or without food.
