We are on a mission to bring the 6,000 year old tradition of sour- dough to the modern kitchen. Our artisanal pasta is produced by natural fermentation with our own Italian sourdough starter, resulting in a delicious, nutrient-rich, and gut-friendly superfood.
Our sourdough pasta is made simply with durum semolina wheat and our own sourdough starter and is certified organic, non-gmo and glyphosate free.
Other Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina, organic sourdough starter (organic emmer flour, filtered water).

Suggested Use: Cook Time: 8-9 minutes.
Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted boiling water, stirring frequently.
