Vanilla Nice Cream Ingredients:

2-3 ripe, small cut, frozen bananas 
2-4 Tablespoons plant-based milk, if needed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of sea salt

Vanilla Nice Cream Instructions:

1. Start with bananas with skins that are starting to turn brown and spotty. Peel and cut into large chunks, then freeze in an airtight bag or container. You can freeze a whole bunch at once so they’re ready whenever you want to make Nice Cream.
2. To make the Nice Cream, place your frozen bananas into a high speed blender or food processor. Quick tip: Place the blender cup or food processor container in the freezer for 30 minutes before starting to keep your ingredients nice and chill. 
3. Start the blender or food processor and add the vanilla extract, sea salt. Then, one tablespoon at a time, start adding your plant based milk until you get the consistency of a soft serve texture.
4. You can serve immediately, or transfer to a container and freeze for an additional 30 minutes, then scoop out with an ice cream scooper.

Cherry Bomb with Chocolate Chips Ingredients:
