Hello freshness! This salad is a perfectly sweet, cool pick-me-up at any time of the day. (We even tried it for breakfast once!) We hope you enjoy its simple, fresh flavors as much as we did! 

Servings: 2

Prep time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:

2 handfuls of washed kale leaves and other garden greens

2 Tablespoons Ellyndale Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to massage)

1 peach, sliced

1 handful of berries or 1 chopped apple (We love an organic fuji or pink lady apple from our stores!)

Ellyndale Extra Virgin Olive Oil to drizzle lightly

Cadia Organic Balsamic Vinegar to drizzle

Directions:

1. Massage washed kale leaves and other greens with olive oil by hand. 

2. Chop the leaves and greens into bite-sized pieces, and add to a large salad bowl.

3. Top with fruit, and toss to mix. 

4. Then, drizzle with more olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
