Sweatworking Week Chicago (with recipes!)

Sweatworking Week Chicago (with recipes!)

Last month we teamed up with our friends at A Sweat Life and World of Whirlpool for a lunch-and-learn event during #sweatworking week Chicago! We had so much fun learning how to create delicious veggie-based meals, as well as how to incorporate bone broth protein into everyday recipes.

Thanks to Chef Alia from World of Whirlpool for sharing her recipes with us! (Stay tuned for dessert... at the bottom of this post, we've included Ancient Nutrition's Recipe for Bone Broth Chocolate Chip Energy Bites)

The Whirlpool staff demonstrates how to create veggie noodles with the KitchenAid spiralizer.
