Simple Savory Chicken Satay

Bring in the cooler weather with this warm, nutty, and savory chicken recipe. It's delicious and simple to make! It also makes a great appetizer for your next party.

½ cup water

2 tablespoons Organic Coconut Sugar

2 tablespoons Nutty Infusions™ Cashew Butter, Mango Chili

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Organic Sesame Seed Oil

1 clove garlic

1 pound thin-sliced, boneless, skinless chicken thighs


1. In a bowl, whisk first 6 ingredients together until smooth.

2. Place chicken thighs onto skewers and into a shallow bowl.

3. Place half of the sauce on chicken thighs and let marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Heat grill to 350° F, or heat a skillet on medium-high.

5. Cook chicken skewers on side one for 2 minutes.

6. Flip and cook for 2 minutes, or until cooked through.

7. Brush additional sauce onto the chicken. Serve with remaining sauce and enjoy!
