Red, White & Blue Fruit Salad

Nothing says "4th of July" like a beautiful and healthy fruit salad! Celebrate our independence with these delicious red, white, and blue fruits and healthful dip.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries

2 cups blueberries

2 cups bananas

a slice of lemon

Dip Ingredients:

1 cup plain organic yogurt - Kalona Supernatural

5 tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup - NOW

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

1. Wash berries.

2. Cut strawberries, and remove leaves. Peel banana and slice.

(For a fun twist, cut banana slices with a star-shaped cookie cutter!)

3. Add strawberries, banana, and blueberries to a large bowl.

4. Squeeze lemon slice and drizzle maple syrup over fruits.

5. Toss that salad!

6. For the dipping sauce: in a separate bowl mix yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
