Who doesn’t love nachos? Sea Salt PopCorners are the perfect vehicle for the tasty, healthy flavors your kids (or you) are craving! This recipe is full of filling fiber, antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and more. You will never go back to ordinary nachos, guaranteed!

Ingredients

24 PopCorners Sea Salt

½ cup refried black beans

½ cup salsa

½ cup grated pepper jack cheese (or spicy vegan cheese of your choice!)

½ avocado, diced

24 small sprigs cilantro

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Spread the PopCorners out on a sheet pan. Top each with a dollop of refried beans and salsa. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

3. Bake until the cheese is bubbling, about 5 minutes.

4. Let cool a bit, transfer to a serving plate, top each with avocado, sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
