Marbled Pumpkin Brownies | Taste & Learn
Get into the Halloween spirit with these brownies! An office favorite, these deliciously moist and creative brownies are the life of the party. We also love the festive look of orange pumpkin and midnight cocoa swirled together. You'd never know by tasting them that they're gluten-free, dairy-free, low-glycemic and vegetarian!

Chocolate Portion Ingredients:

1/2 cup Swerve® Granular Sugar Replacement
1/4 NOW® Erythritol 
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 teaspoon NOW® Liquid Monk Fruit (or Better Stevia® Liquid) in Chocolate Flavor
1 scoop chocolate protein powder, whey or plant based
2 tablespoons NOW® Cocoa Powder
1 cup NOW® Almond Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sorghum flour
a dash of salt

Pumpkin Portion Ingredients:

1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement
1/4 cup NOW Erythritol 
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 teaspoon Better Stevia® Liquid Chai Spice
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 cup Nature's Plus® Pumpkin Protein
1/2 cup sorghum flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ginger
a dash of salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon, add more to taste!

Chocolate Portion Directions: 

1. Combine both erythritols, coconut oil, eggs, and liquid monk fruit/stevia.
2. Add dry ingredients, and mix thoroughly. Set aside.  

Pumpkin Portion Directions: 

1. Combine both erythritols, coconut oil, eggs, and liquid monkfruit/stevia.
2. Add dry ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
3. In a greased, rectangular pan, spoon both brownie mixtures unevenly into a pan.
4. Lightly spread out to achieve the marbled consistency.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Enjoy!
