1 Tablespoon Omega-3 Fish Oil Liquid, Lemon-flavored

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup avocado cooking oil


1. In a blender, combine fish oil, lemon juice, mustard and salt.

2. While blending on low, slowly add the avocado oil until combined.

3. Store refrigerated in a glass bottle for up to one week.
