Keto Energy Nut Balls | Taste & Learn

Ingredients:

1 cup NOW Raw Almonds

1 cup NOW Roasted Cashews

1 cup NOW Raw Pecans

4 Tablespoons NOW Coconut Oil

1 Tablespoon NOW Beet Root Powder

2 scoops protein powder (your choice)

4 teaspoons NOW Ultra B-12

1/4 cup NOW Almond Flour

1/4 cup NOW Coconut Sugar

5 drops NOW Liquid Stevia (flavor of your choice)

Directions: 

1. Add almonds, cashews, and pecans to food processor and pulse until evenly chopped. Reserve 1/3 cup of chopped nuts and set aside. Continue to grind the remaining nuts in the food processor until you get a flour-like texture.

2. Add in beet powder, protein powder, Ultra B-12, almond flour, coconut sugar, and liquid stevia, and grind until evenly blended.

3. Stir in the reserved 1/3 cup of chopped nuts.

4. Chill mixture for 1 hour, then roll into balls.

5. For extra flavor and texture, roll balls into coconut flakes or cacao nibs.
