1 ½ cups Coconut Chia Seed Cereal – Nature’s Path

½ cup Toasted Hemp Seeds – NOW

½ cup Macadamia Nuts – NOW

½ cup Pineapple Rings – NOW


1. In a large bag or bowl, add Coconut Chia Seed Cereal, and Hemp Seeds.

2. Chop dried Pineapple Rings and Macadamia Nuts into bite-sized pieces and add to mixture.

3. Mix ingredients and you're ready to go!
