Are you addicted to wings, but ready to kick it up a notch? We've had a lot of wings in our day, but these baked wings with three dippable sauces take the cake! These give you a more customized experience for mild-hot sauce fans, ensure you're eating higher quality meat than wing chains provide, ensure you skip the deep fryer, and even (secretly) boost the nutritional value without sacrificing any of the flavor! 3 different sauces will have you dippin', drizzlin' and even droolin' (sorry, but it's true)!

The real health stars of this recipe are the Siete Hot Sauces, as the ingredients surprisingly read more like a health tonic than any condiment! But, you'd never know that by tasting them. Cheers to you, Siete!

1/2 rounded teaspoon garlic powder

a dash of pepper

a dash of paprika (optional)

a dash of cumin (optional)

1/2 rounded tablespoon baking powder

Sauces Ingredients:

1/3 cup Field Day Organic Ranch Dressing

1/3 cup Stubbs BBQ Sauce

Optional: 1 tablespoon butter (not margarine)

Wing Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Rinse chicken wings. Do not remove skin. Pat chicken completely dry.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and seasonings. Add chicken and coat with the flour mixture. Shake off excess.

4. Drizzle a baking sheet with high-heat cooking oil or cooking spray.

5. Arrange chicken on the cookie sheet, at least an inch apart.

6. Bake for 20 minutes, flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Sauce Directions:

1. While the chicken is cooking, prep the sauces!

2. Add your ranch and your chosen Siete hot sauce into separate dipping cups and set aside.

3. BBQ Butter Dip: Depending on your taste, add butter to your BBQ! Start by adding butter and BBQ sauce to a small saucepan.

4. Whisk while heating on low until butter is melted and sauce begins to bubble.

5. Remove from heat and serve hot in a dipping dish, alongside the cold ranch and your chosen Siete hot sauce.

6. Serve with celery and carrot sticks, and enjoy with your loved ones! May the best team win.
