3 cups mixed or romaine lettuce

1 cup cilantro

1/3 cup diced onion

1 diced avocado

1/2 cup grilled, chopped chicken (an optional ingredient, and we love chicken adobo for a little spice!)

1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar or chihuahua cheese

1/2 cup Cadia® Organic Mango Salsa

a squeeze of lime


1. Chop your lettuce and cilantro, then wash and spin in a salad spinner.

2. Dice your avocado and onion.

3. Combine lettuce, cilantro, onion and avocado in a large bowl.

4. Toss your salad!

5. To top it off, add cheddar, mango salsa and lime,  plus the optional chicken. Salud!
