Keto-Friendly Golden Milk

Enjoy the benefits of turmeric with this deliciously keto-friendly golden milk. Turmeric is commonly used to support the immune system and a healthy inflammatory response, as well as supply antioxidants and other necessary nutrients. This easy-to-make recipe uses dairy-free nut milk and a dash of spice for a warm and comforting beverage.

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond or coconut milk

1 Tablespoon organic turmeric powder

1/4 teaspoon Organic Ceylon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Optional spices to taste: cloves, nutmeg, gingercayenne


1. Warm almond milk in a pot over medium heat.

2. Gently whisk in turmeric, cinnamon, and spices.

3. Stir in honey until melted. Add more to taste if desired.

4. Blend with an immersion blender or pour through a strainer for smoother consistency. 

5. Serve in your favorite mug and enjoy!

Tips: for a healthy protein boost, add a packet of Vital Proteins Vanilla or Coconut Collagen Creamer to each serving of golden milk!

If you're not on the keto diet and prefer a sweeter version, add 1 teaspoon raw organic honey.
