Artisan Avocado Toast 3 Ways

We're all for some avocado love, but this tried-and-true trend could use a fresh spin. Bacon Cheddar Avocado Toast

Prep Time: 5 min

Cook Time: 5 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 slices of warm toast

2 slices of Rumiano Cheddar Cheese

3 slices of cooked bacon

1 sliced avocado

Directions:

1. Add a slice of cheese to each piece of toast, and microwave for 30 seconds.

2. Cut cooked bacon in half. Place on top of cheese-toast, along with sliced avocado, for a beautiful breakfast!

Avo-Caprese Toast

Prep Time: 5 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 slices of warm toast

1/2 an avocado

1/4 cup fresh chopped basil or 2 Tablespoons Cucina & Amore Pesto

2 slices of mozzarella (or Follow Your Heart® or Daiya® Vegan Mozzarella Cheese)

4 slices of tomato

Directions:

1. Mash fresh avocado with basil or pesto.

2. Spread mashed avocado mixture over warm toasts.

3. Top with fresh mozzarella (or vegan mozzarella substitute), and tomato slices.

3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar across the top for a true masterpiece.

Southwest Avocado Toast

Prep Time: 5 min

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 slices of warm toast

1/2 of an avocado

2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)

2 Tablespoons salsa

2 pan fried eggs

Directions:

1. Mash avocado with salsa (and optional fresh cilantro), and spread on each toast.

2. Top with a pan-fried egg for a quick, yummy breakfast!
