Retail Management Trainee Darien Store
As a manager trainee you must have a passion for customer service. You are to consistently deliver exceptional personal sales results. When in charge, you are accountable for meeting and exceeding store sales goals, exhibiting strong leadership traits and motivating / inspiring others through coaching and feedback. You will train staff on meeting store standards, selling skills and teamwork. Communication must be clear, straightforward, honest and respectful.
Requirements include, Must be at least 18 years old, Problem solving ability, Associate degree or job related equivalent, Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, Retail experience or prior management experience, Knowledge of the health food industry an advantage
Retail Sales Associate (Full Time) Lombard, West Aurora, and Oswego stores
Customer service and sales experience a plus. Nutritional knowledge is helpful. Applicants must have an interest in living healthy and holistic medicine. We provide on going nutritional training.
Job duties include, operating cash register, assisting customers with purchases of health food products and stocking shelves.
