Shipping Policies

Most orders placed by 3pm Central Time will be shipped on the following business day. All order placed after 3pm Central Time will ship the 2nd business day.

From time to time there are out-of-stock items that may delay a shipment. If the out of stock item will be on back order for several days, we will ship what we have in stock and ship the missing item when it arrives.

Flat shipping rate is $5.75 on orders $1-$74.99*

All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping except if the order is over 5lb*

All orders less than 2lbs may be shipped via USPS
All orders delivered to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS
We offer express shipping from Federal Express for additional charges.

All Express orders entered before 3:00pm CDT will be shipped out the following business day.

FedEx Express Delivery schedule is Monday – Friday

Special Saturday deliveries can be scheduled by phone orders only (1-800-469-5552)

All orders going to these destinations will pay full USPS shipping rates


All orders to Canada will be shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority International

Shipping time to Canada is approximately 7-10 days from when the order is shipped. There are occasions when orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered.

We are not responsible for any orders lost or damaged that are shipped via USPS First Class International.

We do not ship to any embargoed countries. Please check with your country’s customs agency for any import restrictions before ordering. If items shipped are refused by your country’s customs department and sent back to us, we will not refund the shipping cost but will refund the product cost.

Due to contractual agreements we are unable to ship to the following countries: Netherlands, Iceland, United Arab Emirates, Taiwan, Belgium, Israel, North & South Korea, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, Ghana, United Kingdom, Germany, Philippines, Spain, and Venezuela.

All duties & tariff fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Any back order or special order will delay shipment until all items are available for shipping.
