RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Part Time & On-Call)

Operates cash register, assists customers with purchases of health food products and stocks shelves. RETAIL SALES/SMOOTHIE BAR ASSOCIATE (Part Time)
Fruitful Yield South Elgin
Sells health natural food products to individuals in the retail store and provides excellent customer service. Performs various duties in the juice bar by per Labels and signs items with prices and ingredients. Maintains display and prep areas in a clean and orderly fashion. Maintains food back-stock organization. Stocks bulk, produce and smoothie bar displays while ensuring freshness in all departments. Fills customer orders and prepares smoothie products. Participates in weekly and monthly inventory counts and complies with safety, health code and GMP requirements. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check.

RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER (Full Time)
Fruitful Yield South Elgin
Assists the Store Manager with management of retail store operations. Motivates the store team to reinforce customer service and ensure the store consistently executes all operational functions to company standards. Keeps up to date with new trends in nutrition, quality information and new products. Assists with store management. High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred. Knowledge of retail industry and familiarity with health food products and their application necessary. Lifting to 50# required. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check.

MANAGER TRAINEE (Full Time)
Fruitful Yield Schaumburg
Assists the Store Manager with management of retail store operations, including learning all aspects of the management of retail store operations. Specific duties include providing excellent customer service and ensuring associates are following company policies and procedures; assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales, gross profit, labor, shrink and inventory goals; product ordering, stocking and merchandising; and staffing and training store personnel. High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred. Knowledge of the retail industry - nutritional retail experience preferred. Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
