MANAGER TRAINEE
Various Locations (3 positions) Full-time Hours include some eves. & weekends
Assists the Store Manager with management of retail store operations, including learning all aspects of the management of retail store operations. Specific duties include providing excellent customer service and ensuring associates are following company policies and procedures; assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales, gross profit, labor, shrink and inventory goals; product ordering, stocking and merchandising; and staffing and training store personnel. High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred. Knowledge of the retail industry - nutritional retail experience preferred. Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities. Lifting to 50# required. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check.

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE 
Fruitful Yield  Elmhurst, Fox Valley, Batavia, South Elgin, Lombard,  and Berwyn locations

Operates cash register, assists customers with purchases of health food products and stocks shelves. Looking for outgoing person with retail experience, basic nutrition knowledge and an interest in holistic health.  Lifting to 50# required.  Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check.


RETAIL STOCK PERSON
Fruitful Yield Lombard and Berwyn Locations

Part-time Hours include some eves. & weekends
Receives shipments, verifies products received, stocks and faces shelves, assists with cleaning of store. Assists with other store duties as needed. Will train. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check.


RETAIL CASHIER
Fruitful Yield  Berwyn, Lombard, and Batavia locations

Rings up customers at the registers in a retail store and provides excellent customer service. High school diploma or GED and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to lift up to 50#. Pre-employment testing required: drug screen, physical, background check

RETAIL OFFICE CLERK
Fruitful Yield Corporate Lombard

Performs various special projects and administrative functions. Basic computer skills (i.e. experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases). Ability to work quickly and work independently with a minimum amount of supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills.
